Courgette Surprise is the diary of our small veggie patch and cutting garden. We live in Lincolnshire and enjoy growing vegetables, cooking & eating fresh produce and making our cutting garden as productive as we can.

“Courgette surprise” as it is a running joke in our household that come the summer, the menu largely consists of courgettes in one form or another… We have collected quite a lot of good courgette recipes now though, which we will add to the blog as we go.
